Yes, we specialize in OEM and ODM. We can customize logo, color, material, packaging and design based on your requirements.
What is your MOQ for custom gifts?
Our MOQ depends on product type, usually starting from 500–1000 pcs. We can discuss flexible quantities for trial orders.
How long is the production and delivery time?
Sample lead time: 3–7 days. Mass production: 10–25 days after order confirmation and artwork approval.
Can you provide free samples?
We can provide existing samples for free, but you need to bear the shipping cost. Custom samples require a sample fee, which can be refunded after mass order.
What trade terms and payment terms do you accept?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. Payment terms: T/T, Western Union, PayPal, usually 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
Do you offer quality inspection before shipment?
Yes, we have a strict QC system. We will inspect and send you photos or videos for confirmation before delivery.
